CrossPoint Worship Center: will host Remembering 9-11, the annual memorial service of the World Trade Center towers tragedy, at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Center in Scott Depot. This year's Remembering 9-11 will be featuring guest speaker Carlos Vazquez, a firefighter who is the commanding officer of Ladder Co. in the Bronx. Vazquez will share his story and remember the 10 co-workers and 40 other friends who lost their lives on that fateful day. This event is free and CrossPoint extends a special invitation to all firefighters, police, and servicemen in the area.
