ST. ALBANS, W.Va. -- A St. Albans woman was charged with domestic battery after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend during an argument.
Richard Lee Vaten, 41, and Lisa Kay Casdorph, 40, both of 436 Second Ave. N., St. Albans, were arguing in a car just before 7:30 p.m. Monday, according to Lt. Sean Crosier of the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department.
Crosier said the couple pulled into the lot of a Go Mart convenience store on West Main Street and were fighting when Casdorph used an ink pen or car keys to stab Vaten in the nose.
Vaten received minor injuries, Crosier said. Casdorph was arrested and charged with domestic battery and possession of methamphetamine. She was in the South Central Regional Jail on Tuesday in lieu of $10,000 bond.
