CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin and other officials will gather to dedicate three West Virginia National Guard projects.

Adjutant General James Hoyer, state legislators and local leaders also plan to attend Monday's groundbreaking events at the Moorefield Armed Forces Readiness Center, Martinsburg's Roundhouse complex and the Morgantown Armed Forces Readiness Complex.

Tomblin's office says the facilities are expected to bring new jobs and further community investments to each region.
