The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey returning to town

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus returns to town April 18-22 at the Charleston Civic Center. The show includes Tabayara, a dynamic animal trainer who rides rearing stallions at a fully charged gallop; the strongman duo of Dmitry and Ruslan, who lift and twirl large telephone poles while acrobats balance atop; The Human Fuse, Brian Miser, who rockets through the air from his self-made human crossbow, traveling 110 feet at 65 miles per hour; Ringmaster Brian Crawford Scott (seen here) and much more. Get an up-close look at performers and animals, as an All Access Pre-show pass is free to all ticket holders. Opening-night tickets are $13; then $15 and $20 for other shows, with a limited number of $35 VIP, $55 Front Row and $85 Circus Celebrity tickets. Shows are 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and April 19 and 20; and 11 a.m., 3 and 7 p.m. on April 21; and 1 and 5 p.m. April 22.
