CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Residents in Lincoln and Mingo counties are eligible to receive individual and household federal assistance for damage during March 15 storms.
After the storms, the state provided assistance and applied for federal funds to continue the cleanup process, according to a release from Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin's office.
Previously, FEMA designated Lincoln and Mingo eligible to receive public assistance only.
