Kanawha County paramedics carry a "victim" away from a fake crash scene at Herbert Hoover High School on Wednesday morning, as part of a program to educate students about the dangers of drunk driving. The Charleston Police Department and Kanawha County Sheriffs' Department, along with several other area businesses and agencies, staged the fake wreck and its aftermath. Students from Herbert Hoover and West Virginia State University portrayed the victims and their families.
