GRAFTON, W.Va. -- A fugitive charged in New York with killing a man has been captured in West Virginia.

Media outlets report that U.S. marshals and a local drug task force arrested 37-year-old Matthew Davis at a residence in Taylor County on Tuesday evening. Davis has waived extradition.

Davis is charged with second-degree murder in the August 2011 death of Antoine Bradberry in Niagara Falls, N.Y.
