Jamie Dunbar, 33, of Charleston, has her interview with the producer of the Hatfield-McCoy reality television show. Dunbar said the producer asked her what she liked to do for fun.

Amber Bishop, 34, of Gilbert, said the producer asked if her hair was real. She let him feel it to prove that it was.

Descendants of the Hatfield and McCoy families lined the halls of the Williamson campus of Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College on Tuesday for their chance at being on an upcoming reality TV show.

David Brown Jr., 52, and Donna Brown, 50, drove from Rome, Ga., to audition for the reality show. They said Maggie Hatfield was their great-grandmother.

David Hatfield, 53, of south Williamson, is the race director for the Hatfield-McCoy marathon. He thought he'd do well on the show because he's a good leader.

People hoping to get on the show had to fill out paperwork before getting their five minutes with the show's producer.
