Boil-water advisories extended, issued, lifted

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia American Water Co. has extended a boil-water advisory for Lilly Drive and side streets in the Sugar Creek area following a water main break. Residents should boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice.

The Eastern Wyoming Public Service District has issued a boil-water advisory for customers in the Parsons Avenue area following a water main break. Residents should boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice.

The Department of Health and Human Resources has lifted boil-water advisories for the Clear Creek Water System, Glen White-Trap Hill Public Service District water system and for Northfork Water Works in McDowell County.

The Arnett Water System has lifted a boil-water advisory issued Tuesday.
