Several stations say gasoline sales are continuing, but no ice being sold
Workers at multiple gas stations and convenience stores in Kanawha County said Sunday afternoon that they are selling gasoline, but do not have any ice after Friday's severe storms.
Businesses that are selling gasoline include: One Stop Exxon on Charleston's East End at 1639 Washington Street East and the 7-Eleven at 1630 Washington Street East.
On Charleston's West Side, the Exxon at 1402 Kanawha Boulevard West has gasoline but the G-Mart on Washington Street West does not.
Several stores in Cross Lanes are selling gas. They are: Kroger's at 5450 Big Tyler Road; Speedway at 5296 Big Tyler Road; Speedway at Goff Mountain Road; the 7-Eleven at 5370 Big Tyler Road; and the Exxon at 320 Goff Mountain Road.
In the Marmet area, the Exxon at 10410 MacCorkle Avenue is selling only diesel, but the Exxon at 332 Campbells Creek Drive is selling gasoline.
In Sissonville, the 7-Eleven on Sissonville Drive is not selling gasoline.
The Speedway at 10 South Ave in Clendenin has gasoline, but the Speedway at 300 Little Sandy Road in Elkview has no power or gas. Workers at several other gas stations in the Corridor G area, South Charleston, Kanawha City, Elkview and Sissonville did not answer the phone.
