BECKLEY, W.Va. -- A Jonben man was charged with child neglect resulting in death after police say he backed a vehicle over a 13-month-old boy Thursday.
Charles Warren Wickline, 45, was arrested after police discovered he had run over the child, who was later pronounced dead at Raleigh General Hospital, according to a news release from the Raleigh County Sheriff's Office.
The incident occurred at Wickline's home around 3:55 p.m., the release states.
Wickline is currently being held without bail in the Southern Regional Jail.
