LOGAN, W.Va. -- Acting on information, State Troopers found a body inside the boundary of Chief Logan State Park Saturday.

Sgt. R. G. Flippen of the Logan State Police Detachment said Saturday afternoon that he could only release some basic information, pending notification of family members.

Flippen said police had been looking for a person reported missing about a week ago. With new information as they followed up on the investigation, he said they found the body.
