Utt/Fast families: Aug. 3 and 4, Dennison Family Park on Generation Gap Road in Exchange, Braxton County. Take Route 4/10 to Exchange Road to Generation Gap Road). A simple evening meal will be served Aug. 3. A pitch-in meal will be held at noon Aug. 4. A Yankee Swap gift exchange ($10 maximum) and a fundraising raffle will be held. Descendants of Robert Haden and Viola Albert Fast Utt and their children -- Ethel, William, Ella, Goldie, Harry, Ruby, Macel, Oras, Dallas and Thelma are invited to the 29th Annual Utt "Kissin Kousin" Reunion. Snodgrass/Jarrell family and friends: 10 a.m. Aug. 4, Garretts Bend Community Center. Activities include a silent auction, playground for children, softball/baseball field, basketball hoops, horseshoes, badminton/volleyball, bingo, gospel and country karaoke, music food and more. Hot dogs, chicken fried rice and tea will be provided. Bring a dish and soda to share. Directions: Go out Coal River in St. Albans to the end. Turn right at Falls Creek until the end.
