Randall Terry, an anti-abortion protester, turned more than 13,000 signatures in to the Secretary of State's office Wednesday, completing his final step to get on the West Virginia ballot to run for president. Terry, who lives in Hampshire County and paid a $2,500 filing fee, said he wants to run for president because he thinks the major parties' candidates are too focused on money. He aims to get on the ballot in West Virginia, Kentucky and Nebraska. Terry knows he will not win election but said he wants "to be a voice for the moral issues."
