HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- A Huntington man convicted of torching an apartment building will be sentenced in October.
Twenty-four-year-old Quinton L. Kennie pleaded guilty Wednesday in Cabell County Circuit Court to first-degree arson.
The Feb. 2 fire destroyed the apartment building and displaced about a dozen residents.
Cabell County prosecutor Chris Chiles tells the Herald-Dispatch that Kennie isn't a suspect in dozens of other suspicious fires that have occurred in Huntington since November 2011.
