Police arrest one, seek three in West Side robbery

By Staff reports

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Police arrested a Charleston woman Tuesday night and are looking for her boyfriend and two others in connection with a robbery on the West Side.

Bryan April Pugh, 25, was arrested for her involvement in a July 25 robbery in the 400 block of Elm Street, said Charleston Police Sgt. Eric Hodges. Pugh's boyfriend, Ronald Edward Tinsley, 39, choked the man while she stole his wallet, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.

Hodges said detectives are still looking for Tinsley and have also issued first-degree robbery warrants for Terrance Lowell Ramsey, 26, and Angela Dawn Young, 27.

Ramsey is described as a black male about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing around 280 pounds. Tinsley is a black male about 6 feet tall weighing about 200 pounds. Young is a white female about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing around 105 pounds.

Pugh is being held in the South Central Regional Jail in lieu of a $2,500 cash-only bail.

Anyone with information about the other three suspects is asked to call Charleston Police's Criminal Investigation Division at 304-348-6480.
