WINFIELD, W.Va. -- A Poca man was arrested Wednesday after police said he climbed through a 13-year-old girl's window and had sex with her on four different occasions.

Tylor Miller, 20, was charged with four felony counts of third-degree sexual assault, according to a criminal complaint filed in Putnam County Magistrate Court.

Miller told police he had talked to the girl for about a month before they had sex, State Police Trooper J.A. Vanhoose of the Winfield detachment wrote in the complaint.

Miller was arraigned before Putnam County Magistrate Linda Hunt and was being held Wednesday in the Western Regional Jail on $20,000 bail.
