CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- For the second time in four days, the Charleston Civic Center will host the funeral of a West Virginia state trooper.

State Police say the service for Trooper Eric Michael Workman is set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the civic center. A visitation is set for 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. today at Clay County High School.

A memorial service was held at the civic center Sunday for Cpl. Marshall Bailey.

Police say Bailey and Workman were shot by a 22-year-old Oak Hill man who pulled a handgun hidden in his pants as he sat in the backseat of a cruiser. Gunman Luke Baber was later killed in a shootout with another officer.
