Deputies found Kirby's vehicle around 1:30 p.m. Thursday on Campbells Creek Drive. Kirby was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for violation of federal probation. Deputies found 13.8 ounces of marijuana as well as a .38 caliber revolver with the serial numbers grinded off.
