Victim in Raleigh bar shooting identified

ROCK CREEK, W.Va. -- Raleigh County authorities have identified a man shot and killed outside a Rock Creek bar early Sunday.

James Williams, 42, of Artie, got into a fight with Donald B. Moore, 46, of Naoma inside Hillbilly's Tavern in Rock Creek at about 2 a.m. Sunday, according to Raleigh County officials. Moore allegedly shot and killed Williams after the two men took the fight outside.

Moore was charged with murder after turning himself in to Raleigh County sheriff's deputies. Moore was being held without bond at the Southern Regional Jail today.
