CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Nine Kanawha County residents are facing numerous charges after police investigated a series of stolen motorcycles and ATV's in Sissonville.
The Kanawha County Sheriff's Department was investigating the theft of three stolen ATV's and a motor scooter and arrested the following people:
* Roger Lee Burdette, 24, of Sissonville, charged with operating a clandestine lab
* Tiffany Dawn Shaffer, 23, of Sissonville, charged with operating a clandestine lab
* Kevin Allen Hudson, 28, of Sissonville, charged with transferring and receiving stolen property
* Steve R. Burdette, 37, of Charleston, charged with grand larceny and transferring and receiving stolen property
* Brandi Rose, 27, of Charleston, charged with grand larceny and accessory before the fact
* Joshua Snyder, 22, of Charleston, charged with grand larceny and transering and receiving stolen property
* Paula Brown, 27, of Charleston, charged with grand larceny and accessory before the fact
* Helen Skeens, 53, of Charleston, charged with simple possession of a controlled substance
* Wayne Thaxton, 59, of Charleston, charged with simple possession of a controlled substance
