HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Marshall University President Stephen J. Kopp is set to give his annual State of the University address.

The speech kicks off the fall general faculty meeting this afternoon at the Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts Center on the Huntington campus.

Eldon Larsen, chairman of the faculty senate, also will give a State of the Faculty address. Eighty new faculty members will be introduced.

The meeting is open to the university community and the public.
