CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Both northbound lanes of Interstate 77 are open again after a truck hauling lumber crashed this morning.

The accident happened about 8:15 a.m. Both lanes were closed for nearly two hours after lumber blocked both lanes of traffic. The accident occurred between the Edens Fork entrance and exit ramps.

Traffic was diverted off the Edens Fork exit because of lumber in the roadway.

Both northbound lanes were reopened at about 10:10 a.m., but emergency officials said the northbound entrance ramp to Edens Fork would be closed all day.
