CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Eastern Wyoming Public Service District has issued a boil-water advisory for customers from 711 Moran Avenue to Townridge Acres in Mullens, following a water-main break.
Customers in those areas should boil their water for at least one full minute before use, until further notice.
