WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. -- West Liberty University is unveiling plans for its largest fundraising campaign ever.

President emeritus Clyde Campbell will chair the effort.

The West Liberty University Foundation is the school's fundraising arm and will share the work. The foundation has three new members led by newly elected Chairman Les DeFelice.

West Liberty has about 2,700 students and a faculty and staff of 433. The announcement coincides with homecoming.

The school has been in a silent phase of fundraising for several years.
