Man grabs keys from woman, steals car

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Charleston police are looking for a man who accosted a  woman, snatched her keys and stole her car.

Sgt. Eric Hodges of the Charleston Police Department said the victim was walking to her blue 2002 Jeep Liberty in CAMC General Hospital's parking garage on Friday when a man came up to her, took her keys and drove off in her car.

The suspect is described as a white male between 25 and 30 years old, weighing about 220 pounds, with short, light-colored hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Eric Tipton at 304-348-6480.
