Full-time gastroenterologist and part-time actor Tim Harper holds the instrument he uses to perform colonoscopies. He does 40 to 50 colonoscopies every week and has performed in dozens of community theater productions. He opens Friday in "Hello, Dolly!" for the Light Opera Guild.
