Fall fashion: What's in your closet?

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- In its fall issue, Harper's Bazaar asked New York fashion insiders what was in their closet this season. We posed the same questions to five fashion-forward females in Charleston and asked them to wear a favorite fall look. Click on their names for their stories.

  • Katrina Scarpelli has a degree in fashion merchandising and management from Fashion Institute of Technology. She worked as a merchandiser at Quiksilver in New York City and is now employed in the marketing department at Charleston Town Center Mall.
  • Grace Vandecruze-Heyliger is head of her own consulting firm, Grace Global Capital LLC, and will present a Worth New York trunk show Nov. 2-8 at The Dressmaker's Closet.
  • Tegan Easterday, of Charleston, studied fine arts at Marshall University and worked in retail for six years at The Dresser, Schwabe-May and for designer Nicole Miller. She is business client manager at Huntington National Bank. She has worked as a stylist for a few friends since 2008.
  • Charleston lawyer Dennise Smith is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Los Angeles campus, and is a part-time designer.
  • Amelia Edmondson, a sophomore at George Washington High School, was the 2011 Charleston Town Center's 2011 Project Style winner, and is the face of the mall. She has modeled and sold her handmade jewelry.
