Founder's Day service honors former pastor of New Jerusalem Non-denominational Church
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- New Jerusalem Non-denominational Church, 4819 Washington Ave., Kanawha City, and Pastor Wanda Carter-Shelton, will commemorate former pastor and founder, Pastor Amelia Verely Houff at 4 p.m. Sunday during the Founder's Day service at the church.
Guest speaker will be Bishop Melvin Mosley of Power House of Deliverance Church. Music will be provided by various singers, including Angie Richardson, Crystal Richardson and an appearance by the former gospel family group, the Gospel Family Affair.
