Media outlets report that City Council voted 4-3 Tuesday to end Morgantown's participation in a state vote-by-mail pilot program.
The Secretary of State's program allows voting by mail in municipal elections.

Deputy mayor Wes Nugent says voters who can't get to polling places have other options to cast ballots.
