Davis, 35, of Kenna, attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of a substance containing ephedrine and/or pseudoephedrine and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Doneff II, 36, of Hurricane is facing charges of sexual abuse by a guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust, sexual abuse in the first degree and use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor; Roger M. Gladfelter, 35, of Nitro, nighttime burglary, and petit larceny; Cody A. Gore, 18, of St. Albans, fraudulent use of an unauthorized access device; Lisa D. Gunter, 43, of Nitro, nighttime burglary and breaking and entering;

Hagan, 49, of Culloden, six counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and two counts of person prohibited from possessing a firearm and two counts of possession with intent to deliver controlled substances; Denny R. Harrison, 39, of Hometown, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; Ernest C. Hatchett, 42, of Ypsilanti, Mich., possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; Jessica A. Henderson, 30, of Dunbar, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny;

Eric S. Hoffman Jr., 26, of Clendenin, soliciting a minor via computer, possession of a synthetic cannabanoid and driving on a suspended license; Christopher A. Huddleston, 34, of Glenwood, breaking and entering, two counts of destruction of property and grand larceny; Michelle L. Kilgore also known as Michelle L. Kilgore Sharitz, 36, of Beaver, five counts of uttering a forged writing, computer fraud, two counts of attempted uttering of a forged writing and fraudulent scheme;

Knoll, 18, of Poca, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver; Phillip W. Lafary, 47, of Scott Depot, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; Clarence N. McComas, 61, of Nitro, four counts of embezzlement and fraudulent scheme; Paul A. McCormick, 42, of St. Albans, domestic battery, third offense; Tammy M. McDaniel, 34, of Hurricane, attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of a substance containing ephedrine and/or pseudoephedrine and two counts of possession of a controlled substance;

Martin L. McKnight, 31, of Scott Depot, embezzlement; Darrin A. Miller, 30, of Leon, four counts of forgery, four counts of uttering a forged writing, four counts of obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation, conspiracy to commit forgery, conspiracy to commit uttering a forged writing and conspiracy to commit obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation; Tylor Miller, 20, of Poca, four felony counts of third-degree sexual assault; Lisa D. Mitchell, 37, of Leon, first-degree arson; John H. Nelson III, 20, of Poca, speeding, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver;
