CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A Dunbar woman has pleaded guilty to setting her boyfriend on fire.

WCHS-TV reports that 46-year-old Cynthia Swoboda pleaded guilty to unlawful wounding Monday in Kanawha County Circuit Court.

Swoboda received a one-year jail sentence, with credit for time served.

Police say Swoboda poured gasoline on Shane Stone and then set him on fire in a pharmacy parking lot May 26.

Stone was treated at Cabell Huntington Hospital's burn unit and released.
