WVU business school to get major gift

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- West Virginia University's College of Business and Economics is set to receive a major gift as part of its fundraising campaign.

Officials with the Morgantown school are scheduled to hold an event Wednesday afternoon at the Erickson Alumni Center to announce the gift.

Speakers at the event are to include WVU President Jim Clements, Business and Economics dean Jose Sartarelli and others.

The donation is part of West Virginia University's "A State of Minds," comprehensive private fundraising campaign.
