20th Century Images: Early Heck's store
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Wal-mart type stores can be nice not to mention huge so this interior photo of one of the first Charleston Heck's is worth some thought. In the 1950's you can bet that at least 90 percent of the merchandise was made in the "Good Ol' " U.S.A. My goodness how things have changed! Photo from Richard Andre.
