Board of directors of the Metro Emergency Operations Center will meet at noon Dec. 13 in the media room at the Ned Chilton 911 Center of Kanawha County, 200 Peyton Way, Southridge Business Park. The finance committee will meet at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 13 at the same location.
West Virginia Educational Broadcasting Authority will meet at 10 a.m. Dec. 14 at 600 Capitol St.
Tyler Mountain Volunteer Fire Department will escort Santa to Cross Lanes Kroger on Dec. 15. Visit Santa and have a picture taken from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donations of money or canned food will be accepted. Proceeds will benefit a local food bank.
Green Christmas Craft Show will take place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 15 at the South Charleston Recreation Center. Up-cycled, recycled and eco-friendly gifts will be available for purchase. For crafter applications, contact Tabitha at 304-550-4912 or e-mail tabithaer...@yahoo.com.
