CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia American Water has issued a precautionary boil-water advisory for approximately 200 customers in the Spanishburg and Gardner areas of Mercer County in the company's Bluestone water system following a water main break. The affected area includes all customers along U.S. 19 from the W.Va. 10 intersection to the end of the system along U.S. 19, including all side roads off this section of U.S. 19.
Meanwhile, Glen White-Trap Hill Public Service District has lifted the boil-water advisory for its water system.
