FUTURE EVENTS:
Kanawha Trail Club will sponsor a hike Sunday on Kanawha State Forest's Polly Hollow/Hemlock Falls trails. Meet at 1:30 p.m. to carpool from Ohio and Randolph streets. Regroup at Polly Hollow parking area. The hike is about 41/2 miles on a moderate trail with a long hill.
Westside High School Counseling Department in Clear Fork will sponsor a financial aid workshop at 5 p.m. Jan. 3 in the high school auditorium. In case of inclement weather, the workshop will be held at 5 p.m. on Jan. 7. For information, call Vicki Knight Clay at 304-682-8965, ext. 306.
West Virginia Institute for Spirituality will host a seminar on the Merton Institute from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 8 at 1601 Virginia St. E.
