Circuit judge retiring after 28 years on bench

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. -- Circuit Judge Thomas Keadle is retiring after 28 years on the bench in Lewis and Upshur counties.

Keadle plans to step down Jan. 31. He says he hopes to do some work as a senior status judge.

Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin will appoint Keadle's successor.
