Brush your teeth at least twice a day -- and floss too!
Reserve some quiet time with yourself.
Surround yourself with positive people.
Mentor young people.
Spend less time looking into a screen.
Get outside for a little sunshine and crisp air.
Read a great book.
Write a poem to someone you love (it doesn't have to rhyme).
Find time to be around giggling children.
Stretch yourself -- take a pottery, art or music lesson.
Make a stranger feel loved by taking a moment to ask how their day was.
Recycle and don't be wasteful.
Take a warm bath and enjoy it by candlelight.
Take fish oil every day.
Exchange Facebook time for exercise time.
Donate shoes, coats and clothing you never wear.
Enter each day consciously by approaching life with intention.
Here is to 2013, a year that opens doors to all the best life has to offer to you.
