Built in 1905, the 13-story building once served as the headquarters of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel.
Jay Goodman with Harvey Goodman Realtors tells The Intelligencer and Wheeling News-Register that the building is in "great shape.''
Goodman says several out-of-state companies have expressed interest in the building since he got the listing in late December.
RG formed in 2011 when Wheeling-Pitt's former operations were combined with Bethlehem Steel's former Sparrows Point mill in Baltimore, and the former WCI Steel plant in Warren, Ohio. RG filed for bankruptcy protection in May 2012.
