CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia American Water has issued a boil-water advisory for approximately 275 customers along Paint Creek Road in Kanawha County. The advisory is in effect for all West Virginia American Water customers in its Upper Kanawha Valley district following a boil-water advisory that was issued by the Town of Pratt, which provides the water for this system.
Customers in that area should boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice.
