BUCKHANNON, W.Va. -- An April trial is set for two people accused of participating in a plot to kill a Buckhannon man.

The Upshur County grand jury indicted 29-year-old Jessie Lee Heater of Buckhannon and 30-year-old Robert Eugene Siron III last week on murder and conspiracy charges. Both men also are charged with concealing a body.

Media outlets report that Upshur County Circuit Court Judge Robert Keadle scheduled the men's trial for April 30.

Keadle approved a prosecution motion to have the defendants tried together. But he stipulated that a new judge could decide to hold separate trials. Keadle is retiring at the end of January.

Heater and Siron are charged with killing 29-year-old Joshua Oberg. Oberg's body was found in a grave along Bull Run Road last summer.
