MARTINSBURG, W.Va. -- The State Rail Authority is wrapping up a series of public meetings on West Virginia's rail plan.

The meeting will be held this evening in Martinsburg at the Berkeley County Offices' Dunn Building. It's the last of eight meetings held statewide to discuss the plan.

The plan will determine the future of the state's freight and passenger rail system.

A draft plan is expected to be completed in April.
