CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Kanawha County Sheriff's deputies arrested one man and are seeking another in connection to a methamphetamine lab found Tuesday in Sissonville.

Deputies received a tip about a meth lab inside a trailer at 1701 Pine Valley Drive in Sissonville, Cpl. B.D. Humphreys said in a news release.

The homeowner, Shane Steven Thaxton, 36, is on home confinement for a previous meth lab conviction. Humphreys said Thaxton was not at home but deputies arrested another resident after getting a search warrant and finding meth-making materials.

Jamie Lee Harmon, 34, of Sissonville, was charged with attempting to operate a clandestine lab and is being held in South Central Regional Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bail.

Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Thaxton on meth-related charges. Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact deputies at 304-357-0169.
