CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A Morgantown man was arrested Friday in Pennsylvania after allegedly kidnapping a toddler in Preston County.
Timothy Adam White, 23, abducted the child from its parent's Reedsville home at about noon Friday and took it into Pennsylvania in a stolen Toyota Corolla, according to a news release from the West Virginia State Police.

Pennsylvania State Police officers arrested White at about 4 p.m. in Richeyville. He is charged in West Virginia with kidnapping and grand larceny of an automobile.
Police said the child was not harmed.
