CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia lawmakers are set to hear from the head of the state's regional jails.

West Virginia Regional Jail Authority executive director Joe DeLong is scheduled to brief members of the Joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary today during the Legislature's interim meetings.

He's expected to talk about the decrease in bond revenues because of lower collection of court fees.

During the interim session, the committee also will discuss regional jail revenue and driver's license suspension.
