Cody Osborne of Mountain Auto loaded a wrecked Cadillac after it collided with another car on Virginia and Dickinson streets at the foot of the South Side Bridge at about 3:40 p.m. Sunday. The wreck sent one person to the hospital, emergency crews at the scene said. The man driving the red car said after the incident that he was OK but shaken up, and he "could've sworn the light was green." Police at the scene said they were unsure who had caused the accident.
