CLAY CENTER FAMILY FUN DAY: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Clay Center. Annual Discover Engineering family fun day. Featured will be demonstrations exploring robotics, aluminum boat building, alternative energy and more, as well as hands-on activities and displays by local engineering firms, colleges and universities. ECO-BEAD WORKSHOP: 2 to 4 p.m., Unity of Kanawha Valley, 804 Myrtle Road. Sherri Walker will teach participants how to make jewelry out of recycled magazines, ads and catalogs. 2013 HUNTINGTON FIGHT FOR AIR CLIMB: 8 a.m. to noon, Marshall University's Joan C. Edwards Stadium, 2011 Third Ave., Huntington. Registration is $25.
