Emilee Hough and other West Virginia high school students practice as members of the All-State Orchestra's horn section in the hallway of the Charleston Civic Center on Friday. The All-State Band and Orchestra will perform at the Municipal Auditorium at 1 p.m. today, followed by the All-State Chorus.
