Jon Wellinghoff is scheduled to speak today at the Marshall University Foundation Hall on Marshall's campus. His presentation, called "A Day in the Life of the Grid,'' begins at 4 p.m. A question-and-answer session will follow.
Marshall's College of Business is sponsoring Wellinghoff's appearance.
He has served as chairman of the commission since 2009, and has been a member of the commission since 2006.
